USA vs AUS
We just finished a four game series with Australia...We won the series 4-1..Ending the series at my alma mater Stanford University..
In the third olympic send off, put on by the Stanford Club team..We played in a sold out crowd which set a record for the biggest crowd for a women's water polo event...
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Stanford Water polo club team for putting on this event on and making us feel like superstars..This event was a great way to end this 4 game series. The crowd and atmosphere was a good tune up and warm up for what is to come in Beijing. The game played at Stanford will be televised on MSNBC tomorrow, sunday july 13 @ 9am.....watch the last game played on american soil for the USA olympic water polo team...
game 1 @ Los Alamitos 13-12 W
game 2 @ La Jolla 12-11 L
game 3 @ Coronado 12-6 W
game 4 @ Stanford 7-5 W
